Our Purpose
Emerging Women’s Lounge was created for the Modern Day CEO—the woman who is leading, building, evolving, and becoming.
She may be leading a company, building a career, raising a family, pursuing a dream, reinventing herself, or simply deciding that the next chapter of her life will look different from the last.
Our purpose is to create a space where women can step away from everything they manage for everyone else and intentionally invest in themselves.
Here, women connect, learn, recharge, challenge themselves, and gain the confidence and clarity to lead their lives with greater purpose.
Because every woman deserves a space where she doesn't have to have everything figured out—she simply has to be willing to emerge.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower the Modern Day CEO to lead herself as confidently as she leads everything else in her life.
Through meaningful conversations, transformative experiences, coaching, mentorship, wellness, education, and authentic community, Emerging Women’s Lounge provides women with the tools, relationships, and support they need to grow personally and professionally.
We are building a community of women who are ready to own their decisions, protect their energy, recognize their value, pursue their ambitions, and intentionally create the lives they want to lead.
